Golden Innovation from Sahin Sucuklari!

The first 35 gr one from the 35, 80 and 120 gr series has taken its place in charcuterie departments. The series of sliced products consists of soujouk, salami, ham, roast beef and pastrami types. In addition to the traditional market the Sahin brand, meeting the consumers at 78 thousand points of sale in Turkiye, also meets the consumers at the national chain stores such as Migros, Kipa, Carrefour-SA, Şok, Real and A-101 including the regional and local markets in many cities such as Onur, Ismar and Happy.

Sahin Sucuklari, being one of the biggest processed meat and meat products companies in Turkiye, broke the award record in the first half of the year. The general director Mr. Mustafa DEMIRPALTA of Şahin - Melek Et ve Et Mamulleri has stated that the production uncompromising the quality has a large share in this success. Sahin Sucuklari has put its products in 35 gr packages on the market for the first time in Turkiye. Its products, called as “Sahin Golden Cut”, consist of soujouk, salami, ham, roast beef and pastrami types.

The general director Mr. Mustafa DEMIRPALTA of Şahin - Melek Et ve Et Mamulleri in his explanation regarding the sliced products market said: ”The market share of the sliced products, composing 25 pct of charcuterie market in Turkiye, is increasingly growing in its own category. In these categories Salami with the share of 75 pct is the leader. Soujouk with the share of 25 pct is second and the other categories follows.” Mr. Mustafa DEMIRPALTA has underlined that the preferential aim of improvement these products is easily enabling us to reach to the consumer in every segment of the society.

IN 2012, IT BECAME A RECORD HOLDER…

The general director Mr. Mustafa DEMIRPALTA of Şahin - Melek Et ve Et Mamulleri, stating that they continue to make production by growing at the factory in Kayseri, said: “We have crowned our quality. In the first half of the year, we have been awarded numerous awards. Some of them are: ‘2012 Consumer Quality Award’ in 25. International Consumer Summit, Award of Golden Brand and ‘We recommend to all consumers’ of TTKD, ‘Trusted Brand Award’ In 3. International Food Safety Summit.” Mr. Mustafa DEMIRPALTA, underlining that they make the production without compromising on quality, said as ” We will increasingly maintain our production with the same mentality and in the same policy framework.”

IN THE FIRST THREE RANKS AT THE MARKET OF THE PROCESSED MEAT PRODUCTS…

The general director Mr. Mustafa DEMIRPALTA of Şahin - Melek Et ve Et Mamulleri has expressed that they are in the first three ranks of the brands at the market of the processed meat products such as pastrami, soujouk, salami, sausage, roast beef. Mr. Demirpalta has added as “Our share in this market is 12 pct. We reached a turnover of TL 87 million last year And our turnover target for this year (2012) is TL 150 million. In spite of the crisis in the EU and the economic constriction in our country recently, we hope to be able to realise our objectives by the end of year.” Şahin - Melek Et ve Et Mamulleri, founded by Mr. Ali FAZLIOGLU in 1923, has been producing pastrami and soujouk for 89 years. The company, continuing to production at its own facilities in Kayseri, has added “Kayseri Etli Manti – Kayseri Meat Pasty (Turkish ravioli)” to its product types.
